BOARDWALK PIZZA PARLOR This restauranteur had an interesting challenge in theming his establishment since he was located in a strip mall, quite a ways from the ocean. The solution was simple, create a series of windowscapes that simulate a location on a boardwalk overlooking the ocean, I had a carpenter friend build the window frames, complete with shatterproof glass, and supply me with masonite panels to fit. I then painted the panels to create an ocean front scene. The best part of all was the installation, which was accomplished in a few hours after business hours. The next day, his employees and customers were surprised with a beautiful ocean view on what was once a blank wall.
